Previously known as Free form Yoga, this class practises moving in ways that feel useful for your body from moment to moment. In this class, you decide your expression of the gentle Hatha yoga forms. The invitation is open to tune inwards and notice sensations that arise from within. Through practice of movement and awareness of breath, you are empowered to grow confidence, find ease and connect with the simple pleasures of life.

Suitable for all levels. Useful for building confidence and cultivating self-love and self-acceptance.
