Experience calm and meditative inner and outer worlds through Yin yoga on a sound journey, bathing in the vibrating tones of different frequencies created by various sound instruments such as the Tibetan singing bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, koshi chimes, monolini, etc.

These vibrations interact with your energy field to help harmonise and balance your life force energy. The sound vibrations encourage physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing, working in synergy with Yin yoga which supports emotional release for renewal.

Suitable for all levels. Useful for relieving stress and pain, and improving sleep.
