In addition to the typical props (blocks, bolsters, and blankets), Yoga Wheel is a very useful prop that provides great help during your yoga practice. It is specifically designed to open the chest, relax the back muscles, align the spine, stretch the hip flexors and provide support in various poses.

This specialised level 1 wheel yoga class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. Intended for students with some yoga experience looking for new ways to expand their practice. Some preparations for inversion postures will be introduced.

Intermediate level. Suitable for those with at lease 3 months of yoga practice. Students with spine injury are not recommended.
