Yin Yang blends two styles of yoga into one practice. How seemingly opposite forces - feminine and masculine - can be complementary. A Yin Yang class will bring together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses for an extended period of time (Yin) with dynamic flow sequences to strengthen the body (Yang). This is the class to build mobility and stability both in your body and mind.

Suitable for all levels. Useful for improving energy and fitness while promoting relaxation and balance.
