This is a livestream class.

Yoga nidra, also known as conscious sleep meditation, is the gentlest and most relaxing form of yoga (done only in Savasana or the corpse pose). It is said that ‘a 15-minute yoga nidra feels like an hour nap’. Through a series of guided breath, body and awareness techniques, begin to feel tensions melt away and feel yourself moving into a state of complete non-doing. A state where your body and mind can fully rest and restore. Suitable for all levels. Useful for helping you rest and maintain your positive energy level.

How to prepare for this class?
1. Get ready a device (PC, Mac, iOS or Android) with stable internet connection (wired or WIFI) for live streaming.
2. Download Zoom on your device, complete registration and test the audio/video setting before the class. Join the class by clicking on the livestream link provided.
3. Prepare an undisturbed space and comfortable spot to lie down.
4. Have water for hydration.

- Your microphone/camera will be muted/off when you 1st join the class.
- You are not required to switch on your camera.
- Your name and profile picture will be visible to all participants online.
- No recording is permitted.
