Description
This is a physical class in the studio.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. In this class, you will work with the functional aspect of your body as we focus on the purpose of each yin pose. You will learn to safely and adequately stress the 24 target areas in your body, which keep you healthy. A few target areas will be worked on each class.
