Broken Body Yoga. Yoga inspired stretching for guys. This session is designed for retuning overworked bodies. Guys with sport, life and work related strains and injuries who need to start the repair. So you can get back to doing what you really enjoy. This is blue collar style; so no chanting, no freaky music and no chimes. Sorry girls, this class is for guys only!

While all of them embrace four common points: a strong focus on breath, to empower every pose; slow motion transitions, to savour every sensation that we feel and indulge in the sweetness of slow moves; deep engagement of the core, to stabilise and ground your practice; and playful wall inversions, to get you off the mat, have fun and work your way towards hand stands.

Join us in 108 Sun Salutations for Winter Solstice and in raising funds for GiveIndia’s pandemic relief campaign.
This year we’ll come together on the 20th June (day before solstice), to welcome the light after acknowledging the (almost) longest night. We’re looking forward to being able to gather as a community and feel especially grateful to be able to practice together this year.
Currently India, the birthplace of the yoga tradition, is in crisis.
With the intention of helping those in India who are struggling, we are raising money to donate to the GiveIndia covid relief campaign.
