Rippled Yoga Flow invites you into a softer pace, where breath leads and the body follows. Each movement emerges from the inhale, dissolves into the exhale, creating a quiet rhythm that gently carries you inward. There’s space here—to notice, to pause, to arrive.

Expect a grounding, nourishing flow with longer holds, fluid transitions, and subtle invitations to listen more closely. Not to achieve a shape, but to inhabit it. Not to push, but to feel.
