Before The Story

Kimberly Erin

3 June 2026 • Duration: 27 Minutes

We often meet a new week carrying assumptions about how it will unfold. This practice invites something different.

Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll explore the capacity to stay open before the story has been written. To meet what’s here without rushing to conclusions. To notice sensations, moods, and possibilities as they arise, rather than deciding in advance what they mean.

A practice in curiosity, receptivity, and allowing.

Because life is rarely what we predict. And sometimes the greatest freedom comes from loosening our grip on certainty and discovering that we can meet whatever arrives.
