This practice is an invitation to slow down enough to hear what is beneath the noise. As movement and music weave together, we’ll explore a blend of soft stretches, mindful flow, and spacious pauses designed to help you arrive more fully in your body.

The cello has a way of speaking directly to the heart—drawing us inward, softening the edges, and creating space for presence to emerge.

A homecoming.

A chance to release the need to be anywhere else and rest in the simple experience of being here.
