Pilates + Barre is a low‑impact fusion class that blends Pilates’s focus on core strength, precise alignment and controlled breathing with barre’s ballet‑inspired, isometric movements at a ballet barre. You’ll flow through small, targeted exercises to sculpt and lengthen muscles—especially in the abs, glutes, thighs and arms—while improving posture, flexibility and overall body awareness.
