Hot 26 Yoga is comprised of 26 postures, performed in sequential order, suitable for any body – beginners and experienced practitioners alike! We slightly heat the room for this class. The poses are designed to target every part of the body and improve circulation, allow oxygenated blood to flow steadily, heal injuries and restore the natural range of motion to your body. This series will strengthen the muscles surrounding your spine and stabilize your core muscles. You will increase flexibility, strength and balance, allowing you to be the best you that you can be! Remember to bring a large towel to cover your mat and a bottle of water - and get ready to sweat!
