She has recently joined the team and can’t wait to meet you (in downward facing! 😜) Darla is fully certified with 200hr YTT, 50hr YIN cert., and integrative nutrition Health Coach from IIN. “I am always trying to see the connection between our mind, the food we eat, and our bodies. Every day I practice breathing meditation and Conscious eating.” — Darla Meet Darla on the mat and she’ll help guide you through your journey in a perfect setting, to help calm the mind and return to nature. She is also a proud mother of 2 beautiful 1 and 8 year old daughters & looks forward to help you meet your mental and physical health goals.
