She is an instructor for functional exercise classes since this type of training achieves the following benefits for the bodies: improves physical condition, fat oxidation, and allows us to be functional and independent adults now and in the future as we practice everyday movements.
Description
Functional training is a type of workout that focuses on movements that mimic everyday activities. It improves strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination by using exercises that train multiple muscle groups together. This type of training helps you perform daily tasks more easily and can reduce the risk of injury. It’s great for overall fitness and often includes bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, free weights, and balance tools.
