Our back to basic class is suitable for people who have a low level of fitness, would prefer to move slowly and possible have injuries to consider. A simple class that provides health, an increase of fitness, health benefits and of course well-being. This class is aided by props, providing comfort and support throughout the class. Register your class on line, purchase your yoga pass at the tea shop before your class.
