Back to Basics- Weight Loss/ Digestion/ Lower back
This class is suitable for people that have a lower level of fitness, strength, flexability, and would like to loss weight. These classes are gentle, suitable for those who are new to yoga and /or would like to make physical, emotional, and mental changes within themselves.
The practise used in this class:
Asana (yoga postures)
Pranyaman(breathing techniques)
Visulaization
Meditation


The class is aided by props, providing comfort and support throughout the class.
BBYoga classes can be booked for a private or small group bookings, servicing corporate, health and wellbeing education, and fitness needs.
