Description

This class is suitable for those who are experiencing stiffness and tightness in all areas of the body, especially those that have muscular tightness from high physical activity or stagnation from sitting most of the day. EG: footballers, athletes, construction workers and office workers. This yoga practice releases deep tension and stress in the muscle tissues and joints, it gives balance to the muscular system and healing to the mind, emotions, and body. A great class to increase flexibility, counterbalance an athletic life or energy stagnation or just unwind from a hectic day.
