Beginners Combination Class- Weight Loss+ Digestion + Lower back (yang) and Yin Yoga combined.
This class is a yang/ yin combinded class, suitable for people that have a lower level of fitness, strength, flexability, and would like to understand more about the digestive function to assist in losing weight or need back care. The class also targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice through 30 mintues of Yin Yoga.

These classes are gentle, suitable for those who are new to yoga and /or would like to make physical, emotional, and mental changes within themselves.


The practise used in this class:
Asana (yoga postures- Hatha, ki- Yin and Yang), Pranyaman(breathing techniques),Visulaization and Meditation.


The class is aided by props, providing comfort and support throughout the class.
