Back to Basic Yoga
Our back to basic class is suitable for people who have a lower level of fitness and would prefer to move slowly. This class could cater for those who have injuries, stiffness, or a low range of movement in joints, elderly and or mild disabilities. A simple class that increases fitness, health, and well-being. This class is aided by props, providing comfort and support throughout the class
