Hatha Yoga Flow:
Begin with grounding breathwork (pranayama) to quiet the mind and prepare the body for movement. Flow through a series of gentle postures (asanas) that focus on stretching, strengthening, and aligning the body. Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure the practice is accessible to all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Move mindfully with your breath, connecting each inhale and exhale to graceful transitions between poses.

Sound Meditation Immersion:
After the yoga practice, settle comfortably into a restorative pose, supported by props like bolsters and blankets. Immerse yourself in the tranquil vibrations of various instruments, such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes.
