Description

Flow Yoga invites you to move with grace and intention, linking breath and body in a fluid dance of postures.

Each movement aligns with your breath, creating a sense of effortless transition. Poses weave together seamlessly, with
balance poses cultivating focus and equanimity, twists releasing tension and promoting detoxification. Backbends to open your heart and expand your energy.

As you move, you'll notice your mind becoming quieter and more present. Thoughts begin to fade, replaced by a sense of connection to your body and breath. You will feel grounded and centered, energised and alive.

The class ends with a final Savasana, where you’ll rest and absorb the benefits of your practice.

Feel subtle shifts in your body and mind, to emerge feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready for your day.

Flow Yoga offers something for everyone, regardless of experience level:
Beginners learn foundational poses and build a strong foundation.
Experienced practitioners explore more challenging variations and deepen their practice.
