Join us for a yoga flow immersed in nature at the Birdsong Flower Fields farm, and grab a fresh bouquet of flowers after class! Breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the sunshine, and bask in the beauty of nature with this grounding, peaceful experience.

The yoga class will be an all-levels yoga flow, with a short meditation to soak in the natural surroundings. After class, you can purchase a bouquet of fresh, organic flowers. You will also get to enjoy your time at the farm, take a mindful walk in nature, or do whatever suits the soul!
