This class is intended to help you prepare for a peaceful and restful night of sleep! You will be guided through a gentle flow that unites your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, move your body, and work your way into a peaceful state to prepare for a good night of rest.
