This Hatha based program will be geared towards new to seasoned yogis.
Hatha yoga will usually involves set of physical postures (ananas) and breathing techniques (pranayamas). These are typically practiced more slow and with more static posture holds, usually around 5 breaths.
Things you will need: yoga mat, comfortable clothing that you can move in easily and water.
