Aisha’s story is one of deep connection to her roots, her community, and her purpose. Born in Miami and Cuban/Costa Rican, she carries the vibrancy, warmth, and resilience of her culture into everything she does. Her teaching is a reflection of both her heritage and her heart.
Her approach to yoga is holistic and heart-centered, rooted in service, healing, and connection. Aisha believes yoga is more than movement . It is a pathway back to harmony within the body, clarity within the mind, and alignment with the spirit. Her classes invite students into a practice that nurtures both body and soul, offering not just movement, but an experience of coming home to oneself.

In the gentle glow of candlelight, you’ll move through a series of long-held, floor-based yin postures that target the deeper connective tissues of the body while encouraging stillness of the mind.
