Fulfilling a long time dream to share yoga with her friends and community, Sarah completed Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2025. She thinks it’s important to bring yoga into your life and your life to yoga. When she’s off the mat, you can find her styling wedding hair as her full time job, quilting, dancing to 90s hip hop, taking classes at UMass, training her wild dog, Rip, and spending time with her Husband and Besties.
Description
This all levels vinyasa class will encompass strengthening, balancing, and meditative postures while connecting breath to movement. Modifications for poses will be offered for more of a challenge or for more support throughout our 60 minute class. You'll feel stronger, steadier, and better equipped to dial down the noise of life, on and off your mat!
