I have lived in West Roxbury for nearly 15 years, and I love the area as well as surrounding neighborhoods. My love for yoga began at a little studio in West Roxbury called, ‘Yoga for You’, a Bikram studio. I loved the classes, the heat, the instructors, and the community it created. Many years later after being introduced to a Vinyasa style of yoga I quickly became interested in this brand new (to me) style of yoga! My certification began as a quest to learn more about the practice as well as to one day teach it.

Start your day with intention in Breathe & Begin, a 45-minute morning practice designed to gently awaken the body and center the mind. This class begins with grounding breathwork to create space and clarity, followed by a slow, mindful flow that warms the muscles, improves mobility, and builds light strength. Expect simple, steady movements that connect breath to motion, helping you release stiffness and ease into the day ahead.

Perfect for early mornings, this practice leaves you feeling refreshed, focused, and energized—ready to step into your day with calm and purpose. All levels are welcome.
