Isabella Langan
Isabella Langan is a certified yoga teacher with a 200-hour vinyasa certification, a 100-hour yin yoga training through Lifetime, and additional training in the Alva Method, which blends sound healing, breathwork, energy work, and neuro-linguistic programming. She is also trained in Nada yoga and Reiki. She came to yoga during a time of major life change, and it became a steady path back to self-love, clarity, and connection. Yoga gave her a way to return to herself, especially when life felt heavy or uncertain. That experience is what inspires her to teach. Isabella shares this practice because she wants others to feel what she found: ease in the body, peace in the mind, and a deep sense of trust in their own inner path. Her classes are gentle, grounding, and intuitive. She offers space for students to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home within themselves.

Description

This class offers a dynamic yet meditative approach to yoga, combining the strength-building aspects of a traditional flow with the mindfulness of multiple breaths per posture. Designed for those seeking a deeper connection to their practice, it emphasizes intentional movement, breath awareness, and precise alignment. Begin with grounding through the breath and setting your intention, followed by a gentle warm-up to prepare the body. Sequences include yoga postures held for extended periods, allowing for deeper exploration of alignment and muscle engagement. Transitions are deliberate, fostering a sense of control and presence.
