A giant shout out to yogi Michael Holland who is spearheading this initiative (mholland22@gmail.com). Yogis who volunteer for specific dates and times should arrive at the studio at noon to walk over or join us at Stratford Street United Church gym (77 Stratford St., which is about a half mile from the studio on the other side of the commuter rail tracks) to volunteer. You can stay for as little as an hour or as long as five hours. Please identify yourself as a Tree Yoga volunteer, and follow instructions provided by the food distribution coordinators. Lets make sure that our neighbors know they are loved. As Jason Reed writes, “In the garden of life, neighbors are the gardeners who help each other grow.”
