Lisa Lucenti
Lisa began her yoga journey in 2004, when her husband was deployed to Iraq. During that uncertain and challenging time, yoga offered her a sanctuary from a busy and worried mind. Over time, the physical practice became secondary to the meditation, breathwork, and self-reflection that a yogic path revealed. What began as a way to find steadiness became a lifelong practice of coming home to herself.
In 2014, Lisa deepened her practice through a 200-hour yoga teacher training, followed by a 300-hour training the subsequent year, both rooted in vinyasa yoga. These experiences opened the door to a deeper exploration of the connection between movement, breath, and awareness.
In her classes, Lisa creates space for students to explore their own practice beyond the physical. Her intention is to help students move with awareness, release what is no longer needed, and discover the strength and steadiness to follow their own path.
