A dynamic and energising class that is suitable for those who already have a regular exercise practice or who have practised yoga before. Starting on the ground, either seated or lying down we warm up and then move through a series of sequences working with our breath and flowing through different postures - warriors, twists and balances and of course sun salutes. Returning to the ground for a relaxing warm down and full savasana to end. All mats and props provided.
