This class is the perfect blend of gentle movement with asana (postures) with lots of time woven in for learning yogic breathing techniques. We hope to have you leave class feeling stable, calm and serene.
Class will start with gentle movement to prepare the body and mind for learning breathing techniques (that come the latter half of class). Class will end with plenty of time to cool down and rest. This is a great option for beginners that are new to yoga.
