Ready to take your flexibility and strength to the next level? This workshop-style class is designed to help you safely deepen your hip and hamstring mobility through intentional drills, targeted strengthening, and mindful movement. We'll use the wall as a powerful prop to support deeper opening in the hips, inner thighs, and hamstrings, as well as to explore advanced shapes like middle splits and Bird of Paradise.
Expect a mix of dynamic drills and longer holds, with special attention to shoulder opening and binds to support your journey into Bird of Paradise. This class will challenge and support you—wherever you are on your flexibility journey—while grounding you in breath and body awareness.
