Inspired by yoga, but adapted for sport – especially for runners, cyclists and triathletes. A full-body flexibility and functional movement session with varied exercises that especially target the typical tight areas of the body. No experience necessary. Lengthening and stretching the body whilst relaxing the mind to help undo the tightness that training and life can create.

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the class start time. However, if you cancel within 2 hours, then the full class fee is payable.

This class will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in.
