Description

Vinyasa yoga is a style which is characterised by stringing postures together and moving from one to another using your breath, with the intention of connecting mind and body. It offers a variety of postures but usually includes breathe work, sun salutations, standing, balancing and seated postures with a final relaxation. Sometimes dynamic and challenging but suitable for all levels of practitioner.

You are able to make a booking up to 1 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferable, and Paypal is available. You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the class start time. However, if you cancel within 2 hours, then the full class fee is payable.

This class will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in.

If you have not already practiced with Louise you will be asked to complete a PARQ Health and Fitness Questionnaire and a Liability Waiver which will be emailed once you have booked a class. Please complete and return to trilouiseyoga@gmail.com before the class starts.
