Enter 2025 softly, slowly, the Yin way. A 30 minute moderate practise to honour the winter season and your body. Go gently.
Props: A bolster & block if you have one. Or a cushion and a book, necessity is the mother of invention! Perhaps a cosy blanket too for Savasana.
Practise to a level that suits you, if something doesn't feel right please stop. Be well and enjoy.
