Emma trained initially at Byron Yoga Centre completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Iyengar style yoga. She has actively taught yoga in the Far North area since that time and recently completed a further 300hr YTT with Inspire Yoga in Auckland, covering modules such as Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Trauma, Somatics, Philosophy and more.

Thank you all for your continued support this year! I would love if you could come and celebrate the holiday season with our fellow yogis for a Christmas lunch at Peekaboo Backyard Eatery. Wear your most festive yoga tights (for added stretch factor after our yummy lunch). I will provide a platter or two but if you would like to order a meal from their menu please let me know. Namaste 3
