I was so intrigued at how I heard people snoring in Shavasana, and realised back then how healing yoga was. In recent times I started yoga self practice as a way for myself to cope with 5 years of ongoing medical conditions within my whanau. Self practice has had such a positive impact in my life, I decided to offer classes in my community. I know that when we are able to feel calm and connected to ourselves, we have more capacity and potential to create meaningful change in our lives, our whanau, our work and our community. My love and passion is to practice movement in a safe way, creating strength, stability, balance and ease to support us in our lives. To bring back our true nature of peace and joy. I can support you to reconnect with your body, through breath and movement, offer space and guide you through your journey, so you can feel calmer and more present in your life. Yoga is your experience totally unique to you.

Kickstart your day with Morning Yoga!
A fun class where we explore the breath and movement together. This is ideal for all fitness levels and no experience is required. In this practice we move the body through asana’s, incorporating sun salutations and flows to bring heat to the body, offering strength, stability and flexibility, creating balance and ease in your life. Props are sometimes used to help support alignment. My aim is for you to finish your practice grounded and ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.
