Hi, I'm Ella! I've been practicing Pilates for 5 years and have now completed my international certification in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. I'll be teaching regular classes at True North from now through until March where I'll have a short break. I'm so excited to share my love of movement with you all. This dynamic mat Pilates class is designed to get you sweaty while building strength from head to toe. With a strong focus on the core and glutes, you’ll move through powerful sequences that also condition the arms, legs, and back. Expect low-impact but high-burn movements that improve posture, balance, and overall functional strength—leaving you feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.
