Yoga offered Jannene a transformation both mentally and physically inspiring a journey to deepen her practice and complete teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha styles, 200hr YTT. Jannene aims to assist students develop mindful movement, self-awareness and breath control.

Designed to allow you to explore each posture fully, focusing on alignment, balance, and the subtle sensations of calm. By moving slowly & mindfully and allowing space between and during poses, this class offers an opportunity to cultivate awareness in breath and movement as well as stillness. This class is perfect for beginners building a strong foundation, yet equally beneficial for more experienced yoga practitioners looking to refine their practice and explore the quieter aspects of yoga. This class will leave you feeling balanced, centered, and rejuvenated.
