Description
Mauri Hā – Qigong & Breathwork
Join us each Tuesday for a one-hour Mauri Hā practice.
These sessions weave together qigong, breathwork, meditation, and moments of stillness to help you reconnect with yourself and create more flow in your everyday life.
The kaupapa of Mauri Hā is to reconnect the three manawa through movement, breath, and stillness.
Pū Manawa
We begin by reconnecting with the tinana (body) through qigong, movement, breath, and sound. These practices awaken the body, settle the mind, and bring us into the present moment.
Manawa
From there we move into a guided breathwork practice, using conscious breathing to reconnect with our mauri and cultivate presence, clarity, and calm.
Whatu Manawa
We finish with meditation and stillness, creating space to reconnect with our wairua.
This is not a workout, this is a reset .
When these three manawa come into alignment, our mauri flows more freely, like an awa flowing between Papatūānuku and Ranginui.
Suitable for all ages and experience levels.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle if you’d like, and come as you are.
