Explore different yoga poses and hold in static postures to strengthen your muscles, gain flexibility, balance and endurance. A Hatha class consists of a good blend of both strength-based and stretch-based postures.

In Hatha classes, students learn to work on endurance, postures alignment, the gazing points of postures and know which muscles to engage in the respective postures.

Suitable for those who want to explore and build a solid strong foundation in various yoga poses. Note that in every session, a different sequence may be selected to work on different sets of muscles and explore different postures and practices.
