Description
A slow grounding practice which focuses on working the deep connective tissues and joints of the body to improve well-being. The class will consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. The class will also include a range of breathing practices (Pranayama) to control the breath, which is the source of our prana, or vital life force energy and Meditation.
