Focuses on learning the traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques and correct alignment from the ground up. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. In this class you will explore a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. This class is suitable for all levels from beginner onwards.
