This class is designed to promote healing, relaxation and connection though the practice of yoga. The gentle pace of the class allows for centering and long deep stretches with an emphasis on moving mindfully and within our body’s limitations. It is suitable for all levels. There is attention to alignment to prevent injuries, a focus on releasing tension in the body and slower transitions between the poses. Your practice will also include breath work and meditation to release stress and improve health and well-being. You will be sent the link to view the video via email and it will also appear in the App 30 minutes prior to class.
