Welcome to the yoga class where forgetting what you’re doing is part of the flow. This isn’t about “emptying your mind”—we tried.
This is yoga for the beautifully scattered, wildly creative, multitasking, overthinking, dopamine-chasing you.
What to expect:
Short bursts of movement so your brain stays intrigued
Zero pressure to be still unless you actually want to.
No judgment, no forced stillness, no pretending to be a zen robot. Just a fun, flexible, come-as-you-are practice for brains that like to zig when others zag.
