Ready to turn your practice upside down—literally? Come play in our Inversions & Arm Balances class, where falling is just part of flying. Designed for people who are new to the world of upside down, this class will teach you how to defy gravity with grace, giggles, and maybe a few face-plants (we call those "character development").
