Welcome to the class where joints get juicy, spines feel sassy, and laughter is just as important as lunges! Our Over 50s Flow Yoga is designed for fabulous folks 50 and beyond who have enough mobility to glide (okay, maybe wiggle) from floor to mat and back without needing a rescue team.

This isn’t about pretzel poses or headstands at dawn — it’s about feeling good, moving well, and occasionally wondering how your foot got up there. We’ll stretch, strengthen, and flow through gentle yet energizing sequences that leave you taller, looser, and maybe even smug enough to skip the elevator next time.

If you can get down to the mat without a dramatic Netflix-style collapse, and back up again without calling a friend — you’re in the right place. Come for the flow, stay for the good vibes and even better company.
