This is your time to move mindfully, laugh a little, breathe a lot, and maybe impress yourself with your sneaky flexibility. Whether you’re a lifelong yogi or just curious about what all the fuss is with “that mindful movement stuff,” this class is built for real bodies, real joints, and real joy.
What to expect:
Gentle, feel-good stretches for stiffness, creakiness, and “what even is that ache?”
Balance work
Breathing and mindfulness for clarity, calm, and maybe remembering where you put your keys
A zero-pressure zone where giggles are welcome
