Katrin has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years. She started with a Sivananda TTC and has been spending a few months every years in India and Nepal, learning and teaching in several Yoga ashrams and schools. Her style is traditional Hatha Yoga incl. Pranayama and different mediation techniques (e.g. Yoga Nidra). Her class is a slow flow of Hatha Yoga asanas followed by a deep relaxation.

A grounding Hatha evening class
This gentle evening class offers a grounding space to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself after a long day. With slow, intentional movement and longer-held postures, it encourages deep relaxation and a sense of inner calm. Laura is a certified teacher of trauma-sensitive Qi Gong with three years of experience in Qi Gong and the chinese martial art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Qi Gong is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines breath, very slow movement and focus to cultivate inner energy (Qi). Laura guides students to reconnect with their body and mind to harmonizes the body’s self-healing abilities and promotes deep inner balance.

Chinese Qi Gong date back over 800 years and were originally developed to help people stay healthy. Qi Gong were taught in hospitals and practiced by doctors as part of everyday medicine.
The movements are designed to activate the flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body and stimulate the meridians. The movements are gentle, slow, and simple – making them easy to learn and follow.
You don’t need to be flexible or athletic to practice them. This Qi Gong exercises are suitable for everybody from the age of 16 and up, regardless of fitness level or experience. They are a form of movement meditation: calming the mind, relaxing the body, and reconnecting you with your inner energy through mindful motion. The class will end with a meditation for deep relaxation.

Marie is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, Yoga Alliance) who has been deeply immersed in the practice of yoga for over a decade. Her path has taken her across the globe—from India to Indonesia—where she explored yoga not only as a physical discipline but as a way of living and being.
As the founder of Vaya Yoga Studio, Marie has created a welcoming space where yoga becomes a journey of self-awareness, connection, and transformation. Her classes blend the mindful precision of Hatha Yoga, the dynamic energy of Vinyasa, the deep stillness of Yin, the musicality of Inside Flow, and the functional benefits of Surf Yoga. Through this integrative approach, she supports her students in finding presence, strength, and balance—on and off the mat.
Now based in Portugal, Marie offers weekly classes, workshops, and retreats at her studio. Her teaching style is inclusive, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone. She aims to guide each student toward a deeper connection with themselves through conscious movement and breath.

And from 11:00 to 15:00, everyone is welcome to drop by for our Preloved Clothes Pop-Up: beautiful second-hand pieces looking for a new home.
